Refund policy

We hope you're happy with your purchase, if for whatever reason you are unsattisfied, please contact us on petrolheadluggage@gmail.com and we will do our upmost to rectify the issue.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on orders placed through regular payments ie. with Shop App, Paypal or debit cards, but please do contact us at petrolheadluggage@gmail.com where we will always be happy to help where we can.

For orders placed through Klarna you will have up to 14 days to return your items.

Address changes

Please ensure you provide the correct address details at time of purchase, once your order has begun dispatch process we are unable to change or update the address, the processing of your order can often begin almost immediately, therefore we cannot guarantee a change of address will be possible.

If returned to us due to an address error a reshipping charge will be applied to cover the cost of resending the order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct. Please provide us with photos of any issues by email along with a photo of your invoice so that we can assist you further.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for whatever reason, please contact us as soon as possible on petrolheadluggage@gmail.com where we will try to assist you. This will only be possible if your order has not entered into our fulfillment process which can take place almost immediately after order placement. Where a cancellation is possible, this will be subject to a transaction fee of 7.5% which will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount, this is due to the charges we incur from processing a refund.
